![]() I hope TBH is of use to all players- new, old, and the in-between. In this game, you start with just two horses and are able to breed horses, enter them in competitions, train them, run your own Equestrian Center, and much more. I created this site to assist players of a wonderful horse SIM game called Howrse. He’s kind of like the Howrse mascot–why it had to be a monkey on a horse game I’m not sure.Hello! I'm Cass, known on Howrse as thewarrenranch. Next you make a username and password (make sure to write your username and password down so that you don’t forget them later!) and put in the year/month/day you were born!įinally log in with your username and password, and take care of your horse under the monkey at the top of the pages instructions! The monkey is named Ow. There are limited colors for each breed, so you just pick whichever color looks good on your horse depending on what they got out. Scroll through the breeds of horses and ponies that they have up until you find one that suits you, pick the gender, and give it a name! □ Next you have to pick what color you want your horse or pony to be! Making an account of is as easy as pie! (So to speak.) When you’re on Howrse, go to the right side of the page and you’ll see where you can make an account. In this post I’ll explain how to make an account on Howrse! I’m so totally going to start breeding a lot of them! □ □ □ □Īlright, so I’ll be working from beginner information and up. The Knabstruppers are a new breed of horse that you can win by completing the Savannah set of Cards! And if you don’t ever win one….Just breed your horse with one! □ And here is what they look like–and all their awesome coats! You hold down the mouse and run it over the cards you have a few times to reveal what card it is! This is called scratching the card.īut the HUGE news is– KNABSTRUPPERS HAVE COME TO HOWRSE!!! □ □ □ Once you have a card click to go to ‘The Cards’ at the top of the page. When your horses when competitions (limited to 2 cards a day).Īnd by exchanging the cards you have more than once (time a day and costs diamonds). You can get cards from logging in the first time everyday. Each set of cards is a different theme–and when you complete a set you get a cool black market item! You collect player cards for each group of cards to earn a certain reward! There are 7 groups of puzzle cards. Not anymore, anyways.Ī new contest has come to Howrse! □ “The Cards”! ‘The Cards’ is simple. Which is another small reason why I don’t think this place will fully take flight again–is because I don’t think I’m worthy to do that. Just… Only look at the newer ones.īut annnnyways, I can promise one or two blog posts coming! I’ll try to keep this place relatively active, especially since I feel that there needs to be a good, simple-to-understand Howrse blog out there. I do still work on my blog Thegirlnamedjack, which is my personal blog that I’ve had since I was… Ten? There are some EMBARRASSING old posts on there. I try to get on everyday and keep up with things, but I’m not positive that Howrsing Around will start back up again. I might, but truth be told I just don’t invest as much time or effort into Howrse anymore. Now, I can’t promise that I will bring this blog completely back to life. And so far I AM staying active, and so is she! (She’s CottonCandyKat1, and she makes free layouts so maybe give her a glance.) I used to be splithoof, but now I’m Shining Lake. So out of nostalgia we created new accounts, so we could start afresh on there. My best friend and I were on a sleepover, staying up super late, laughing over random stuff and typical sleepover-nonsense, when we remembered Howrse. For an example of what I’m talking about:īut moooving on. And I’m generally open for art trades and whatnot. (I’m authorjack.) Don’t be afraid to message me! I love to chat, or role-play. I started to practice my art, and started posting my writing/art on dA instead of my Equestrian Center’s forums! Actually, I’m insanely active on DeviantART so if you want to pop by over there, I’d recommend it. The only thing keeping my on the ‘site was a couple of internet friends who I’d grown really close with–but when we started to e-mail I just dumped it entirely.Īlso my art got in the way. But after about three years of that… Well, I grew bored. I new every little detail about everything, had the pages memorized front to back, was the first to read the news, gave out gifts all the time, collected great horses/ponies/donkeys–you get my gist. My last post on this blog was back on May 25th, 2013.
